Nylatron® MC 907 PA6 by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is an off-white colored, unmodified polyamide 6 (nylon 6). Exhibits high mechanical strength, stiffness, good fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, good electrical insulating properties and good resistance to high energy radiation [gamma- and X-rays]. Has high hardness & toughness, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties and good machinability. Suitable for processing by gear rings & custom castings. Applications include sleeve and slide bearings, wear pads, support and guide wheels, conveyor rollers, tension rollers, sleeves for wheels and rollers, pulleys and pulley-linings, cams, buffer blocks, hammer heads, scrapers, gear wheels,sprockets, seal-rings, feed screws, star wheels, food parts, cutting and chopping boards, insulators. Nylatron® GSM Blue PA6 by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a dark blue, internally lubricated, heat stabilized, polyamide 6 (nylon 6) reinforced with molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) and oil. Offers low coefficient of friction, good limiting PV and low "k" factor. Exhibits high mechanical strength, stiffness, good fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, good electrical insulating properties and good resistance to high energy radiation [gamma- and X-rays]. Has high hardness & toughness, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties and good machinability. Suitable for processing by gear rings & custom castings and for high load applications. Exhibits superior load bearing, high mechanical strength, stiffness and good electrical insulating properties. Provides good resistance to gamma radiation, fatigue and wear. Also exhibits high hardness, toughness, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties and good machinability. Suitable for processing by gear rings and custom castings. Nylatron® 703 XL PA6 is suitable for seal-rings, feed screws, chopping boards and insulators. Nylatron® VMX PA6 by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade. It is visually, metal and x-ray detectable. It helps to improve the safety and integrity of food processing operations, food quality and overall production efficiencies. It complies with EU and NA regulations for plastics in contact with food Nylatron® 4.6 PA46 is a reddish-brown colored polyamide 4.6 (nylon 4.6). Offers superior heat aging and creep resistance and retention of stiffness up to 300°F.
