Nylatron® 703 XL PA6 by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a self-lubricating polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade. Exhibits superior load bearing, high mechanical strength, stiffness and good electrical insulating properties. Provides good resistance to gamma radiation, fatigue and wear. Also exhibits high hardness, toughness, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties and good machinability. Suitable for processing by gear rings and custom castings. Used for sleeve & slide bearings, wear pads, wheels, conveyor rollers and tension rollers. Other applications include pulley-linings, cams, buffer blocks, machined pads, hammer heads and scrapers. Nylatron® 703 XL PA6 is suitable for seal-rings, feed screws, chopping boards and insulators.
