Acetron® GP POM-C by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a versatile, porosity-free, general-purpose, polyacetal, polyoxymethylene [POM] copolymer grade. It exhibits low moisture absorption and low coefficient of friction & good wear properties especially in wet environments. It provides high strength & stiffness coupled with high dimensional stability and excellent machinability capabilities. It offers resistance to wide range of chemicals including many solvents. It is suitable for processing by extrusion (bushing stock). Acetron® GP POM-C can be used in used in electrical components, scraper blades, gears and rollers. It complies with FDA, USDA, NSF, Canada AG and 3A-Dairy.

Nylatron® MC 907 PA6

Nylatron® MC 907 PA6 by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is an off-white colored, unmodified polyamide 6 (nylon 6). Exhibits high mechanical strength, stiffness, good fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, good electrical insulating properties and good resistance to high energy radiation [gamma- and X-rays]. Has high hardness & toughness, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties and good machinability. Suitable for processing by gear rings & custom castings. Nylatron® GSM Blue PA6

Nylatron® GSM Blue PA6 by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a dark blue, internally lubricated, heat stabilized, polyamide 6 (nylon 6) reinforced with molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) and oil. Offers low coefficient of friction, good limiting PV and low "k" factor. Exhibits high mechanical strength, stiffness, good fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, good electrical insulating properties and good resistance to high energy radiation [gamma- and X-rays]. Has high hardness & toughness, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties and good machinability. Suitable for processing by gear rings & custom castings and for high load applications. Desired for applications like slide pads, thrust washers and trunion bearings.
