Semitron® CMP LL5 by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is an opaque, white-colored polyethylene terephthalate [PET]. Has Long life material - up to 5x PPS and shows best performance in oxide chemistries - up to 8x PPS. Used in the semiconductor industry and is ideal for CMP applications up to 140°F (60°C). Semitron® ESd 420V by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a cost-effective, static dissipative polyether imide [PEI] grade. Provides a controlled bleed-off of static charges. Exhibits high strength & stiffness, good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, thermal performance and dissipate static charges [5kV] in less than 2 seconds. It is suitable for processing by compression molding. It is mainly used in high temperature applications. Potential applications of Semitron® ESd 420V include integrated circuits, hard disk drives and circuit boards. Suitable for material handling applications like silicon wafers, components in high-speed electronic printing and reproducing equipment. Semitron® ESd 410C is an opaque black colored static dissipative polyether imide [PEI] grade. Provides controlled bleed-off of static charges. Exhibits high strength & stiffness, low stress for tight tolerance machining, thermal performance and dissipate static charges [5kV] in less than 2 seconds. Is suitable for processing by compression molding. Mainly used in handling equipment (handling trays), electrical/electronic or semiconductor industries. Potential applications include integrated circuits, hard disk drives and circuit boards. Suitable for material handling applications & components in high speed electronic printing and reproducing equipment. Semitron® ESd 420 is a static dissipative polyether imide [PEI] grade. Semitron® ESd 225 is a beige/tan colored static dissipative polyacetal, polyoxymethylene [POM] grade. Provides controlled bleed-off of static charges. Used in water combs, manufacturing & handling equipment of sensitive electronic components such as integrated circuits, hard disk drives and circuit boards. Semitron® MPR1000 by Quadrant is a durable and machinable thermoplastic grade developed for semiconductor applications. It exhibits excellent longevity, excellent heat resistance, low ionic metal content and low out-gassing. It possesses low rate of erosion in plasma chambers and excellent chip resistance. Semitron® MPR1000 is recommended for plasma based vacuum chambers such as Etch, CVD & ion implant. It is used in clamp rings, trench rings, screws, pins, shower heads, centering pins, focus rings, insulators, vacuum pads and wafer guides. Semitron® ESd 480 is a static dissipative polyetheretherketone [PEEK] grade. Provides controlled bleed-off of static charges and it is not subject to dielectric breakdown. Exhibits good dimensional stability, excellent chemical resistance, thermal performance and dissipate static charges [5kV] in less than 2 seconds. Is suitable for processing by compression molding. Semitron® ESd 520HR by Quadrant is a khaki grey colored static dissipative polyaryl imide [PAI] grade. Provides a controlled bleed-off of static charges. Exhibits high strength, heat resistance, thermal performance and dissipate static charges [5kV] in less than 2 seconds. It maintains its performance throughout the voltage range, while offering the mechanical performance needed to excel in demanding applications. Is suitable for processing by compression molding. Mainly used in electronics fixture, nests, sockets and contactors for test equipment and other device handling components in the semiconductor industry. Potential applications include integrated circuits, hard disk drives and circuit boards. Semitron® ESd 520HR is suitable for components in high speed electronic printing and reproducing equipment. Semitron® CMP XL20 is an opaque, charcoal/black colored polyarylimide [PAI]. Has significantly lower cost per wafer, outperforms PPS up to 20x in most processes. Exhibits high strength & stiffness which promotes fewer edge defects and better uniformity. Used in semiconductor industry.
