Nylatron® WP PA6 by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a stress-free, self-lubricating polyamide 6 (nylon 6). Exhibits low friction, high limiting PV, reduces chatter and stick slip. Reduces maintenance and the associated downtime and cost. Provide superior performance, weight & noise reduction and corrosion resistance. Exhibits high mechanical strength, stiffness, good fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, good electrical insulating properties and good resistance to high energy radiation (gamma- and X-rays). Has high hardness & toughness, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties and good machinability. Is suitable for processing by casting. It is suitable for high temperature applications. Nylatron® WP PA6 is applicable for sleeve and slide bearings, wear pads, support and guide wheels, conveyor rollers, tension rollers, sleeves for wheels and rollers, pulleys and pulley-linings, cams, buffer blocks, hammer heads, scrapers, gear wheels, sprockets, seal-rings, feed screws, star wheels, cutting and chopping boards, insulators.
