Pearlstick™ 5715 TPU by Lubrizol is a linear, hard, flexible and crystalline polyester-type thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Exhibits abrasion resistance, high tenacity, stress-strain power, surface tack and low melting point. Can be processed by extrusion or injection molding. Pearlstick™ 5715 TPU is used in hot melt adhesives, synthetic leathers, fabric coatings and solution binders for inks and lacquers on fabrics. Pearlstick™ 45-60/03SP is an elastic, crystalline, linear and aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Offers extremely high crystallization rate, medium thermoplasticity and good hydrolysis resistance. Provides high solid content, low viscosity, high performance in the green-strength of joints and heat resistance. Exhibits transparent solutions, high tenacity, stress-strain power, surface tack and low melting point. Soluble in acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), cyclohexanone, dimethylformamide and tetrahydrofuran (THF). Pearlstick™ 45-60/03SP is used in the production of adhesives for bonding plasticized PVC to plasticized PVC, leather, rubber or textiles. Addition of polyfunctional isocyanate improves the heat-resistance and strength of the joints. Recommended for adhesives intended for spray applications in the automotive industry. Pearlstick™ D40-70/08 is an elastic, crystalline, linear and aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Offers extremely high crystallization rate, very low thermoplasticity and excellent heat resistance. Provides high solid content, low viscosity and high performance in the green-strength of the joints. Exhibits transparent solutions, high tenacity, surface tack, stress-strain power and low melting point. Soluble in acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), cyclohexanone, dimethylformamide and tetrahydrofuran (THF). Pearlstick™ D40-70/08 is used in the production of adhesives for bonding plasticized PVC to plasticized PVC, leather, rubber, textiles or other materials of the shoe industry. Moreover, it is recommended for spray applications in the automotive industry. Pearlstick™ D40-70/18 is an elastic, crystalline, linear and aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Offers extremely high crystallization rate, very low thermoplasticity and excellent heat resistance. Exhibits transparent solutions, high tenacity, surface tack, stress-strain power and low melting point. Pearlstick™ 45-60/21 is an elastic, crystalline, linear and aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Does not contain talcum or any other anti-adherents. Offers extremely high crystallization rate, low thermoplasticity and good hydrolysis resistance. Provides high green strength values, easier heat activation and long & high hot-tack (tack retention). Exhibits high tenacity, stress-strain power and low melting point. Soluble in acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), cyclohexanone, dimethylformamide and tetrahydrofuran (THF). Pearlstick™ 45-60/21 is used in the production of adhesives for bonding plasticized PVC to plasticized PVC, leather, rubber, textiles, elastomeric PU or other materials of shoe industry. Pearlstick™ 45-80/16 is an elastic, crystalline, linear and aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) grade by Lubrizol, contains small amount of anti-adherent. Offers very long open-time, very low crystallization rate, very low thermoplasticity and good hydrolysis resistance. Exhibits high tenacity, stress-strain power, surface tack and low melting point. Is adequate for bonding processes that do not require heat activation (cold bonding). Soluble in acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), cyclohexanone, dimethylformamide and tetrahydrofuran (THF). Pearlstick™ 45-80/16 is used in the production of adhesives for leather, textiles, rubber and variety of plastics (plasticized PVC & PU elastomers). Addition of polyfunctional isocyanate improves heat-resistance and strength of the joints. Pearlstick™ 45-60/34 is an elastic, crystalline, linear and aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Does not contain talcum or any other anti-adherents. Offers extremely high crystallization rate, low thermoplasticity and good hydrolysis resistance. Provides high green strength values, easier heat activation and long & high hot-tack (tack retention). Exhibits high tenacity, stress-strain power, surface tack and low melting point. Soluble in methylene chloride, ethyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), cyclohexanone, dimethylformamide and tetrahydrofuran (THF). Pearlstick™ 46-10/12 is used in the production of adhesives for plasticized PVC to plasticized PVC, leather, textiles, metals and papers of furniture and shoe industries. Addition of polyfunctional isocyanate improves the heat-resistance and strength of the joints. Pearlstick™ 48-60/08 is an elastic, crystalline, linear and aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Offers very high crystallization rate, medium-low thermoplasticity, excellent heat resistance and very good freeze resistance. Exhibits transparent solutions, high tenacity, stress-strain power, surface tack and low melting point. Soluble in acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), cyclohexanone, dimethylformamide and tetrahydrofuran (THF). Possible applications of Pearlstick™ 48-60/08 includes the production of solvent-based adhesives for automotive, furniture, footwear and other industries.
