Pearlstick™ 45-60/34

Pearlstick™ 45-60/34 is an elastic, crystalline, linear and aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Does not contain talcum or any other anti-adherents. Offers extremely high crystallization rate, low thermoplasticity and good hydrolysis resistance. Provides high green strength values, easier heat activation and long & high hot-tack (tack retention). Exhibits high tenacity, stress-strain power and low melting point. Soluble in acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), cyclohexanone, dimethylformamide and tetrahydrofuran (THF). Pearlstick™ 45-60/34 is used in the production of adhesives for bonding plasticized PVC to plasticized PVC, leather, rubber, textiles, elastomeric PU or other materials of shoe industry.
