Pearlbond™ 1160L by Lubrizol is a linear, aromatic, Toluene-free, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Exhibits high crystallisation rate, high thermoplasticity level and high wettability. The films provide bonds with high initial values and good heat resistance. It is used for obtaining PU films by extrusion (blow and cast) processing for solvent-free adhesion, by heat-seal process. Pearlbond™ 1160L by Lubrizol is used in production of hot melt adhesives (HMAs), PVC co-extrusion, typically used in PU film applications and fabrics. Pearlbond™ 180 by Lubrizol is a linear, polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Exhibits high crystallization rate with a very high thermoplasticity level. It can be processed using extrusion and coating processes such as scattering or dot-coating. Pearlbond™ 180 is recommended for the production of hot melt adhesives (HMAs), heat-sealable fabrics (thermobonding) and textile coating for making shoe-stiffeners (toe puffs & counters). Pearlbond™ 12F75UV by Lubrizol is a UV-resistant standard polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Exhibits excellent adhesion in combination with good heat resistance and dry cleaning resistance, low melting point and very low gel content. It can be processed using cast film & blown film extrusion and compounding. Possible applications of Pearlbond™ 12F75UV include production of hot melt adhesives (HMAs), typically used in film applications, automotive interior parts, textiles, and footwear. Pearlbond™ DIPP-119 by Lubrizol is a polycaprolactone copolyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Exhibits low melting point, excellent transparency, flexibility, elasticity and easy processing. Offers improved adhesion over polar substrates. Is soluble in MEK, DMF and THF; diluents such as cyclohexanone and toluene
can be added. Pearlbond™ DIPP-119 is suitable for processing by film extrusion (flat films). Used for PVC compounding and solvent coatings on textile substrates. Pearlbond™ 12C75 by Lubrizol is a polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Exhibits hardness, excellent low-temperature flexibility and low softening point. Pearlbond™ 12C75 is suitable for processing by cast & blown film extrusion (flat films). Pearlbond™ 12C75 is used for making heat-sealable fabrics (thermobonding) obtained by hot melt and powder coating system. Pearlbond™ ECO 590 by Lubrizol is a linear, aromatic bio-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer grade based on specialty polyol from renewable sources. Exhibits high crystallization rate, a very high thermoplasticity level. It contains 67% of renewable material as certified according to ASTM-D6866. Pearlbond™ ECO 590 HMS TPU by Lubrizol is a high performing, bio-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) from renewable source. Offers good adhesion, high temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance, improved processability and wide wettability. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. It is fast-setting, toluene-free and more environmentally friendly.<br>

Pearlbond™ 501 by Lubrizol is a linear, polycaprolactone-copolyester polyurethane grade. Exhibits high crystallization rate and a very high thermoplasticity level. Possible applications of Pearlbond™ 501 include production of reactive hot melts (HMPUR), typically used in automotive interior parts, bookbinding, furniture, textile and footwear.
