Proaid® AC-711

Proaid® AC-711 by Akrochem is a processing aid for polymers, both polar and non-polar. It is a blend of high molecular weight fatty acid esters and amides. It enhances the dispersion of fillers during mixing and flow characteristics in injection and extrusion equipment. It improves mold filling, cured part finishes and release from molds, mills and internal mixers. Proaid® AC-711 reduces compound viscosity and mold fouling without affecting cured physical properties. Recommended dosage level is 2-5 phr depending on the polymer and process.

Proaid® AC-100

It enhances dispersion of fillers during mixing and flow characteristics in injection and extrusion equipment. It is safe to use in hypalon, polychloroprene and CPE, as it does not contain zinc. Proaid® AC 8XL

Proaid® AC 8XL by Akrochem is a highly concentrated, non-staining, non-discoloring processing and dispersing aid. It shows compatibility with most polymers including fluoro-elastomer. It improves mold flow, extrusion characteristics, dispersion of fillers and chemicals. It reduces mold build-up and not interfere with peroxide cures. Proaid® LCF

Proaid® LCF by Akrochem is methyl 12-hydroxystearate-based processing aid. It is a medium-range melting synthetic wax, derived from hydrogenated castor oil. It provides non-oily, non-greasy lubricating bloom on the exposed rubber surface. It creates a low coefficient of friction (LCF) on the surface of rubber articles. It improves abrasion wear and rubber resistance to sliding abrasion. It exhibits rapid bloom in natural rubber and better lubrication for EPDM than any other lubricant. Proaid® LCF complies with FDA and reduces sticking together of cured parts. Recommended usage level is 0.25-2 phr for reduced surface tack on cured parts, 4-5 phr for LCF and up to 10 phr for long-lasting bloom.
