Proaid® AC-100 by Akrochem is a blend of fatty acid and selected waxes designed to acts as a processing aid for polymers. It enhances dispersion of fillers during mixing and flow characteristics in injection and extrusion equipment. It is safe to use in hypalon, polychloroprene and CPE, as it does not contain zinc. It improves mold filling, cured part finishes and release from molds, mills and internal mixers. It reduces compound viscosity and mold fouling without affecting cured physical properties. Recommended dosage level of Proaid® AC-100 is 2-6 phr depending on the polymer and process.
