Proaid® AC-716 by Akrochem is a blend of primary fatty acid soaps and amides designed to acts as processing aids for the polymer. Proaid® AC-716 improves the flow property of rubber products. It exhibits an excellent release effect during compounding and after curing as a mold release. In CR compounds, it possesses a stabilizing effect on the tendency of re-crystallization. Recommended dosage level is 1-5 phr depending on the polymer and process.
