Proaid® AC 8XL by Akrochem is a highly concentrated, non-staining, non-discoloring processing and dispersing aid. It shows compatibility with most polymers including fluoro-elastomer. It improves mold flow, extrusion characteristics, dispersion of fillers and chemicals. It reduces mold build-up and not interfere with peroxide cures. It does not effects adhesion, bonding and physical properties. It enhances mold and mill release with finished smooth and glossy parts. It especially aided the release and flow aspects of HNBR. Proaid® AC 8XL has recommended dosage level is 1-5 phr.
