Akrosperse® MBT-75/NBR/S by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of 2-mercaptobenzo thiazole in NBR. It acts as a fast-setup thiazole accelerator used in small, easy-to-mold mechanical goods, continuous- and vulcanizer cures. This additive is a masterbatch. Akrosperse® MBT-75/NBR/S is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. Akrosperse® ZnO-85/NBR/S (#76770) by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of a high-purity french process zinc oxide. It is a nitrile masterbatch designed to ease dispersion in low durometer nitrile roll compounds and O-rings. It contains Med CAN NBR as a binder. Akrosperse® ZnO-85/NBR/S (#76770) is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. Akrosperse® DCBS-75/EPR/S by Akrochem is a polymeric chemical dispersion of N, N-dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide. It is a sulfenamide accelerator with onset delayed of a cure for application where long flow time is required. It is easy to handle and provides better uniformity of mix at low temperatures, upgrades plant safety and quality. This masterbatch contains EPR as a binder. Akrosperse® DCBS-75/EPR/S is suitable for natural-, synthetic polyisoprene-, polybutadiene-, styrene-butadiene and nitrile rubber goods subjected to high dynamic stress. This DCSB accelerator is recommended for compression and transfer molding. Akrosperse® MCS-75/NBR by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of magnesium carbonate treated with sulfur in the acrylonitrile-butadiene polymer in slab form. It is a masterbatch and permits the addition of sulfur to nitrile polymer on a mil. Akrosperse® MCS-75/NBR is also utilized in internal mixing to improve dispersion property. Akrosperse® VS-50/EPR/S-B by Akrochemis a sulfur curable elastomer dispersion in the rubber matrix. It is a non-staining, non-blooming accelerator for the EPDM compound. This masterbatch contains EPR as a binder. It provides good processing safety and medium-fast curing property. In conjunction with secondary acceleration, it offers a high degree of cross-linking and acceleration. It is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. The physical properties of vulcanizates are comparable to those obtained with blooming ultra-accelerator combinations. Recommended level of Akrosperse® VS-50/EPR/S-B in typical loading is 2-4 phr, highly loading is up to 5 phr, sulfur is 1 phr, VS-50 is 4 phr, BBTS is 2 phr and TM/ETD is 1 phr. Akrosperse® MBT-75/EPR/S by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole. It is an extremely active primary accelerator used for curing slower polymers like EPDM and butyl. This masterbatch exhibits fast set-up times and contains EPR as a binder. Akrosperse® TMTD-75/EPR/S-OR is recommended as a powerful secondary accelerator for natural- and synthetic rubber. Akrosperse® MZ-70/EPR/S by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of zinc di-methyldithiocarbamate. This masterbatch contains EPR as a binder. It acts as a very powerful accelerator of sulfur cures. Akrosperse® MZ-70/EPR/S is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. Akrosperse® TBzTD-70/EPR/S by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of tetrabenzylthiuram di-sulfide. It is a fast curing primary and secondary accelerator and sulfur donor in NR, SBR and NBR applications. It is designed to replace thiurams like TMTD, where the presence of harmful nitrosoamines is of concern. In CR, Akrosperse® TBzTD-70/EPR/S is a retarder when used with ETU. This masterbatch contains EPR as a binder.
