THERMODAN® TP519C by SACO AEI Polymers is a general purpose, halogen-free, flame retardant, thermoplastic compound. Exhibits low smoke, limited toxic- & corrosive fume emission and good processability at high speed- & little die drool. Designed to be processed by extrusion method. Recommended for low voltage power cable, data and communication cables. THERMODAN® TP519C complies with with IEC & BS Standards. THERMODAN® CP 0110-108 BK by SACO AEI Polymers is a lead-free, UV-resistant thermoplastic chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) compound. It is suitable for processing by extrusion with a screw configuration. It has superior fire performance including slow flame propagation and self-extinguishing characteristics. It is designed for use in a wide variety of jacketing applications including wire, cable and tube bundles. THERMODAN® CP 0110-108 BK ?meets UL 1277 tray cable jacketing specification and complies with RoHS regulation. THERMODAN® HF TP832 by SACO AEI Polymers is a low-smoke, low toxicity, halogen-free, flame retardant thermoplastic compound. It exhibits high hot pressure performance, high stress crack resistance and high tear strength which allows it to be used as sheathing of any type of armored, large size cables. It is designed to be processed by extrusion. THERMODAN® HF TP832 is used in all types of cable sheathing applications. It is LPCB approved and complies with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 by SACO AEI Polymers is a non-halogenated, UV resistant thermoplastic compound. Used in wire and cable jacketing applications. Shows superior fire performance including slow flame propagation, self-extinguishing characteristics and low smoke production. Suitable for processing by extrusion. It passes flame retardant requirements set forth under UL 1685, IEEE 1202 and FT-4. THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 is recognized under UL 2885 and is RoHS compliant. THERMODAN® HF TP851 by SACO AEI Polymers is a low-smoke, low toxicity, halogen-free, flame retardant, thermoplastic compound. It is designed to be processed by extrusion method. THERMODAN® HF TP851 is used in cable sheathing applications. THERMODAN® HF TP835 by SACO AEI Polymers is a low-smoke, low toxicity, halogen-free, flame retardant, thermoplastic black compound. It is suitable for processing by the extrusion method. THERMODAN® HF TP543C by SACO AEI Polymers is a halogen-free thermoplastic compound with low-smoke, low toxicity, flame retardant characteristics. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. It presents a high flame retardancy which allows cables to comply with harder flame tests and high CPR classifications (depending always on cable construction). It is designed for cable sheathing. It complies with BS7655 6.1 for types LTS1, 3 and 4; BS EN 50290-2-27 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables produced with THERMODAN® HF TP543C comply with IEC 60332 part 22, 23 & 24 fire tests. THERMODAN® HF TP812 by SACO AEI Polymers is a low-smoke, low toxicity, halogen-free thermoplastic compound. It offers good processability, fast extrusion process with very low die drool. It possesses excellent tensile & flame retardant properties and meets the requirements of limited toxic & corrosive fume emission. It can be extruded using PVC extruders and screws. It is used in optical fiber cable, data and communication cables. THERMODAN® HF TP812 is also applicable in LV power cable insulation and small diameter cable sheathing where high flame retardancy is required. It meets the requirements of UL 1666, UL 1685, IEEE 1202, FT-4 in specific fiber optic constructions.
