Exhibits low smoke, limited toxicity and corrosive fume emission. Designed to be processed by extrusion method. Recommended for cable insulation and sheathing. Suitable for fire survival cable for use in emergency alarm, communication & lighting cable circuits. THERMODAN® TP-0851 complies with BS 7629, BS 6387 CWZ, BS EN 50200,BS 8434-2 & BS 5839-1 Clause 26.2 PH120 enhanced and LTS3 in BS 7655. THERMODAN® CP 0110-108 BK by SACO AEI Polymers is a lead-free, UV-resistant thermoplastic chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) compound. It is suitable for processing by extrusion with a screw configuration. It has superior fire performance including slow flame propagation and self-extinguishing characteristics. It is designed for use in a wide variety of jacketing applications including wire, cable and tube bundles. THERMODAN® CP 0110-108 BK ?meets UL 1277 tray cable jacketing specification and complies with RoHS regulation. THERMODAN® TP519C by SACO AEI Polymers is a general purpose, halogen-free, flame retardant, thermoplastic compound. THERMODAN® HF TP832 by SACO AEI Polymers is a low-smoke, low toxicity, halogen-free, flame retardant thermoplastic compound. It exhibits high hot pressure performance, high stress crack resistance and high tear strength which allows it to be used as sheathing of any type of armored, large size cables. It is designed to be processed by extrusion. THERMODAN® HF TP832 is used in all types of cable sheathing applications. It is LPCB approved and complies with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. THERMODAN® HF TP521NU by SACO AEI Polymers is a low-smoke, low toxicity, halogen-free, flame retardant thermoplastic compound. THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 by SACO AEI Polymers is a non-halogenated, UV resistant thermoplastic compound. Used in wire and cable jacketing applications. Shows superior fire performance including slow flame propagation, self-extinguishing characteristics and low smoke production. Suitable for processing by extrusion. It passes flame retardant requirements set forth under UL 1685, IEEE 1202 and FT-4. THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 is recognized under UL 2885 and is RoHS compliant. THERMODAN® HF TP835 by SACO AEI Polymers is a low-smoke, low toxicity, halogen-free, flame retardant, thermoplastic black compound. It is suitable for processing by the extrusion method. It offers a high hot pressure performance and a high-stress crack resistance which allows it to be used as sheathing of any type of armored, large size cables. It is used in cable sheathing and insulation applications. It complies with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with THERMODAN® HF TP835 has passed the 3m<sup>3</sup> smoke density chamber test to IEC 61034-2.
