It possesses an excellent balance of properties including high impact strength, high elongation, good flexural and tensile properties. It is suitable for extruded sheet, rod and profile applications. EXTINITY® 0102-104 complies with all-color UL V-0 rating. EXTINITY® 0101-107 by SACO AEI Polymers is a halogenated, flame retardant, high-density polyethylene compound. It is designed for use in plenum tube applications. It exhibits good thermal- and UV stability. It can be converted easily on standard processing equipment. It is recommended for cast film, injection & compression molding as well as extrusion applications including sheet, tubing and jacketing. Components produced with EXTINITY® 0101-107 pass UL-1820 for flame and smoke characteristics. EXTINITY® 0101-108 by SACO AEI Polymers is a halogenated, flame retardant high-density polyethylene compound. It exhibits good thermal stability and can be converted easily on standard processing equipment. It passes the horizontal and vertical flame test. Recommended for cast film, injection & compression molding as well as sheet, tubing and jacketing extrusion. It is designed for use in plenum tube applications. Components produced with EXTINITY® 0101-108 pass UL-1820 for flame and smoke characteristics. EXTINITY® 0101-205 by SACO AEI Polymers is a natural, self-extinguishing, non-halogenated, flame retardant, polyolefin compound. It exhibits superior fire performance including slow flame propagation and low smoke production. It is suitable for processing by extrusion with a screw configuration designed to optimize process conditions and throughput. EXTINITY® 0101-205 is recommended for a wide variety of jacketing and coating applications. Complies with RoHS. EXTINITY® 0103-202 by SACO AEI Polymers is a natural, halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin compound. It exhibits superior fire performance, slow flame propagation, self-extinguishing characteristics and low smoke production. It provides excellent long-term thermal and UV stability. It is designed for sheet, tubing as well as jacketing applications including wire, cable and tube bundles. EXTINITY® C0007-18LM by SACO AEI Polymers is a polypropylene copolymer-based compound. Possesses an excellent balance of high impact strength, high elongation, good flexural and tensile properties. It recommended for extruded sheet, rod and profiles extrusion. EXTINITY® C0007-18LM complies with UL V-0 flame rating.
