SX739:CM488-6

SX739:CM488-6 by AEI Compounds is a silane crosslinkable high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Exhibits good flow, high rigidity and excellent notched impact strength. The graft component SX739 is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM488-6 generally in the ratio 95:5. The two component system SX739:CM488-6 has high degree of crosslinking which gives it useful strength at temperatures not usually reached by HDPE. SX739:CM488-6 is suitable for processing by injection molding.

SX523:CM493

SX523:CM493 by SACO AEI Polymers is a UV stabilized, silane crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) grade. It contains carbon and possesses excellent extrusion properties at high output rates. The graft component SX523 is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493 generally in the ratio 95:5 and is curable by exposure to moist conditions. SX523:CM493 is recommended for overhead power cable insulation. Complies with "Cable Torsade" NFC 33-209 specification for overhead power cable applications.

THERMODAN® TP-0851

THERMODAN® TP-0851 by SACO AEI Polymers is a halogen-free, ceramifiable flame retardant, thermoplastic compound with a strong cohesive char. Exhibits low smoke, limited toxicity and corrosive fume emission. Designed to be processed by extrusion method. Recommended for cable insulation and sheathing. Suitable for fire survival cable for use in emergency alarm, communication & lighting cable circuits. THERMODAN® TP-0851 complies with BS 7629, BS 6387 CWZ, BS EN 50200,BS 8434-2 & BS 5839-1 Clause 26.2 PH120 enhanced and LTS3 in BS 7655.
