THERMODAN® HF TP543C by SACO AEI Polymers is a halogen-free thermoplastic compound with low-smoke, low toxicity, flame retardant characteristics. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. It presents a high flame retardancy which allows cables to comply with harder flame tests and high CPR classifications (depending always on cable construction). It is designed for cable sheathing. It complies with BS7655 6.1 for types LTS1, 3 and 4; BS EN 50290-2-27 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables produced with THERMODAN® HF TP543C comply with IEC 60332 part 22, 23 & 24 fire tests.
