Semitron® ESd 410C is an opaque black colored static dissipative polyether imide [PEI] grade. Provides controlled bleed-off of static charges. Exhibits high strength & stiffness, low stress for tight tolerance machining, thermal performance and dissipate static charges [5kV] in less than 2 seconds. Is suitable for processing by compression molding. Mainly used in handling equipment (handling trays), electrical/electronic or semiconductor industries. Potential applications include integrated circuits, hard disk drives and circuit boards. Suitable for material handling applications & components in high speed electronic printing and reproducing equipment.
