Semitron® ESd 420V by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a cost-effective, static dissipative polyether imide [PEI] grade. Provides a controlled bleed-off of static charges. Exhibits high strength & stiffness, good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, thermal performance and dissipate static charges [5kV] in less than 2 seconds. It is suitable for processing by compression molding. It is mainly used in high temperature applications. Potential applications of Semitron® ESd 420V include integrated circuits, hard disk drives and circuit boards. Suitable for material handling applications like silicon wafers, components in high-speed electronic printing and reproducing equipment.
