LAVIOSA ARGIMEL® SD by Laviosa Minerals is a self-activating and easily dispersible rheological additive for low to medium polarity solvent-borne systems. It is a bentonite clay, organically modified with a quaternary alkylammonium compound. It gives thixotropic effect, sag control, excellent levelling and prevents pigments from long-term storage settling. <br>

<li> It is compatible with low polarity binders like alkyds, terpenes and petroleum derivatives. </li>

<li>It is used in oil based paints (either industrial or architectural), anticorrosive paints, road marking paints, primers and wood paints. </li>
