LIONAC DPG by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a vulcanization accelerator based on n,n'-diphenyl guanidine. It shows better storage stability compared to thiuram and dithiocarbamates. It is used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulfenamides in NR and SBR compounds. LIONAC DPG by LIONS INDUSTRIES can be used in latex as a secondary gelling agent (foam stabilizer) in the silico-fluoride foam process. It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), oil-coated powder and powder. LIONAC TMTD by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a vulcanization accelerator. It acts as a single or secondary accelerator or as a sulfur donor in most sulfur-cured elastomers. It gives an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance in sulfurless and EV cure systems. It is scorchy and gives fast cure rates. It is a valuable secondary accelerator for EPDM. It gives good color retention in non-black vulcanizates. LIONAC TMTD can be used as a retarder in the vulcanization of polychloroprene rubber with n,n'-ethylene thiourea. It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), as well as oil-coated powder and powder. LIONAC TMTM by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a tetramethyl thiuram monosulfide-based vulcanization accelerator. It has very good processing safety in comparison with other thiurams. LIONAC TMTM is usually suitable as a secondary accelerator or as a booster for sulfenamides to achieve faster cure rates. It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), as well as oil-coated powder and powder. LIONAC TBZTD by LIONS INDUSTRIES is tetrabenzylthiuram disulfide-based vulcanization accelerator. It accelerates the vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers with a high level of processing safety. LIONAC TBZTD forms no carcinogenic nitrosamines. LIONAC MBT by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a vulcanization accelerator based on 2-mercaptobenzothiazole. It provides flat, moderately fast cures in natural and synthetic rubber. It is non-staining/non-discoloring in white stocks. It acts as a plasticizer/retarder in polychloroprene rubber. LIONAC MBT is used in a wide range of general-purpose rubbers. It shows better scorch safety than MBT (M). It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), oil-coated powder and powder. LIONAC DPTT by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a dipentamethylene thiuramhexasulfide-based vulcanization accelerator. It is the fastest thiurams. It is an ultra-accelerator for NR, synthetic rubber, solid, lattices and particularly NBR in combination with thiazoles, IIR, EPDM and CSM. LIONAC DPTT is used as the primary or secondary accelerator in natural and synthetic elastomers and as a sulfur donor in low sulfur, sulfur-less cures and in non-sulfur formulations. It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), as well as oil-coated powder and powder. LIONAC MBTS by LIONS INDUSTRIES is di(benzothiazol-2-yl) disulfide-based vulcanization accelerator. It provides flat, moderately fast cures in natural and synthetic rubber. It is non-staining/non-discoloring in "white" stocks. It acts as a plasticizer/retarder in polychloroprene rubber. LIONAC MBTS is used in a wide range of general-purpose rubbers. It displays better scorch safety than MBT (M). It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), oil-coated powder and powder. LIONAC DTDM by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a vulcanizing agent and accelerator for natural rubber and artificial rubber. It can decompose active sulfur whose content is 27%, under vulcanizing temperature. It mostly forms monosulfur bond in cross-linking reaction. It is generally used together with accelerators such as thiazoles, thiuram and dithiocarbamates etc. LIONAC DTDM recommended use level is 0.5-2 %. LIONAC OBTS (MOR) by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a vulcanization accelerator. It can improve the physical and chemical properties of rubber. LIONAC OBTS (MOR) is suitable for the basic furnace carbon black natural rubber and synthetic rubber. LIONAC ZDEC by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate-based vulcanization accelerator. It is a scorchy and fast-curing accelerator. LIONAC ZDEC is suitable for NR, SBR, EPDM and latices. It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), oil-coated powder and powder.
