HiDispersion® ZEPC-80 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a vulcanizing accelerator. It causes very rapid vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers like SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM. It provides very good tensile & resilience properties, longer scorch time and faster curing time than ZDBC-80 and ZDEC-80. Addition of thiuram and thiazole accelerators retards the start of vulcanization and increases processing safety. It is recommended to add antioxidants for improving the resistance to aging, mainly of NR and IR. HiDispersion® ZEPC-80 is also used in small amounts for secondary acceleration and activation of mixes, which are going to be cured with mercapto or thiuram accelerators. HiDispersion® MBTS-80 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a versatile semi-super accelerator with good processing safety. It is activated by thiurams, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde-amines. It shows good aging properties. It can be used together with TMTD-80. It has a retarding effect during the processing and vulcanization of CR compounds. HiDispersion® MBTS-80 is suitable for NR, SBR, NBR, CR, and BR. HiDispersion® DTDM-80 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a rubber curing accelerator. It liberates free sulfur which, in contrast to normal sulfur, mainly forms mono and diether bridges under normal curing conditions. It provides favorable compression set behavior and excellent heat aging resistance to vulcanizates. HiDispersion® DTDM-80 causes no blooming effects and increases safety in scorch properties. HiDispersion® CBS-80 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a curing accelerator for rubbers. It is used as a sole accelerator for the low sulfur vulcanization or in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiuram accelerators. It offers good aging resistance and good compression set to vulcanizates. HiDispersion® CBS-80 provides a considerably long scorch time, great processing safety and a fast full cure. HiDispersion® MBT-80 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a semi-ultra, multi-purpose accelerator with a long plateau effect. It imparts good physical properties to vulcanizates. It acts as an anti-scorch agent in sulfur-free compounds and as a retarder in CR compounds. It is activated by basic accelerators such as aldehyde amine, guanidine, thiurams and dithiocarbamates. HiDispersion® MBT-80 is used independently or together with basic accelerators. It is suitable for NR, SBR, IIR and CR. HiDispersion® ZDEC-80 by LIONS INDUSTRIES causes very rapid vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers such as SBR, NBR and EPDM. It provides very good tensile and resilience properties, longer scorch time and a faster curing rate. It receives an additional activation from basic accelerators. It is recommended to add antioxidants for improving the resistance to aging especially of NR and IR. HiDispersion® ZDEC-80 is also used in small amounts for secondary acceleration and activation of mixes which are going to be cured with mercapto or thiuram accelerators. HiDispersion® TMTD-80 by LIONS INDUSTRIES acts as a secondary accelerator for NR, SBR, NBR, IIR, BR, and CR. It provides good heat resistance and aging resistance, as a sulfur-less curing agent. It is an activator for basic accelerators, e.g. aldehyde amine and guanidine, when used together with delayed action accelerators such as CBS and others. It reduces scorch rate and increases total curing time, if mercapto or sulphenamide accelerators are added. HiDispersion® TMTD-80 is suitable for low-temperature curing products.
