LIONAC TMTD

LIONAC TMTD by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a vulcanization accelerator. It acts as a single or secondary accelerator or as a sulfur donor in most sulfur-cured elastomers. It gives an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance in sulfurless and EV cure systems. It is scorchy and gives fast cure rates. It is a valuable secondary accelerator for EPDM. It gives good color retention in non-black vulcanizates. LIONAC TMTD can be used as a retarder in the vulcanization of polychloroprene rubber with n,n'-ethylene thiourea. It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), as well as oil-coated powder and powder.
