LIONAC DPG by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a vulcanization accelerator based on n,n'-diphenyl guanidine. It shows better storage stability compared to thiuram and dithiocarbamates. It is used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulfenamides in NR and SBR compounds. LIONAC DPG by LIONS INDUSTRIES can be used in latex as a secondary gelling agent (foam stabilizer) in the silico-fluoride foam process. It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), oil-coated powder and powder.
REFORSIL 60 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a gamma-glycidyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane-based coupling agent containing epoxy group. It improves tearing strength, tensile strength, relative extensibility and compression set of vulcanizates. REFORSIL 60 is used in glass-reinforced epoxy resin, ABS, nylon, PBT and bakelite.
REFORSIL 64 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a coupling agent based on silane. It enhances tensile strength, tearing strength, processability and abrasive resistance. It reduces the viscosity and compression set of vulcanizates. It improves the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates as well as reinforcing properties of fillers that contain hydroxyl groups in all unsaturated polymers. It provides more considerable scorch safety than REFORSIL 69 even at high dosages. REFORSIL 64 can be used in combination with silica, talc powder, mica powder and clay in polymers like NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM.
