LIONAC DPTT by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a dipentamethylene thiuramhexasulfide-based vulcanization accelerator. It is the fastest thiurams. It is an ultra-accelerator for NR, synthetic rubber, solid, lattices and particularly NBR in combination with thiazoles, IIR, EPDM and CSM. LIONAC DPTT is used as the primary or secondary accelerator in natural and synthetic elastomers and as a sulfur donor in low sulfur, sulfur-less cures and in non-sulfur formulations. It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), as well as oil-coated powder and powder.
