LIONAC MBT by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a vulcanization accelerator based on 2-mercaptobenzothiazole. It provides flat, moderately fast cures in natural and synthetic rubber. It is non-staining/non-discoloring in white stocks. It acts as a plasticizer/retarder in polychloroprene rubber. LIONAC MBT is used in a wide range of general-purpose rubbers. It shows better scorch safety than MBT (M). It can be supplied in form of pellets (granules), oil-coated powder and powder.
