REFORSIL 60 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a gamma-glycidyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane-based coupling agent containing epoxy group. It improves tearing strength, tensile strength, relative extensibility and compression set of vulcanizates. REFORSIL 60 is used in glass-reinforced epoxy resin, ABS, nylon, PBT and bakelite. REFORSIL 89 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is gamma-mercapto propyltrimethoxy silane-based coupling agent. As an anti-vulcanization reducer, it has a balance function in the system of sulfurization or metal-oxide vulcanization. It improves the physical properties and abrasion performance. REFORSIL 89 contains sulfhydryl that is commonly used in sulfurization systems such as SBR, NBR, NR, EPM, EPDM, etc to improve the reinforcement. REFORSIL 64 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a coupling agent based on silane. It enhances tensile strength, tearing strength, processability and abrasive resistance. REFORSIL 64 can be used in combination with silica, talc powder, mica powder and clay in polymers like NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM. REFORSIL 91 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a silane-based coupling agent. It improves tensile strength, tearing strength, abrasive resistance, processability of rubber products and physical & mechanical properties of vulcanizates. It reduces the viscosity and compression set of vulcanizates. It can be used in combination with silica, talc powder, mica powder and clay in polymers such as SBR, NBR, NR, EPDM, epoxy resin and polystyrene resin. REFORSIL 91 is used to improve the cohesiveness between the fillers containing hydroxyl groups and unsaturated polymers having double bonds. REFORSIL 75 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a coupling agent based on bis [3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl] disulfide. It provides improved tensile strength, tearing strength, abrasive resistance and processability of rubber products. It reduces the viscosity and compression set of vulcanizates. It improves the physical & mechanical properties of vulcanizates as well as reinforcing properties of fillers that contain hydroxyl groups in all unsaturated polymers having double bonds or their blends. It contains low active disulfane functional group and offers more considerable scorch safety. REFORSIL 75 can be used in combination with silica, talc powder, mica powder and clay in polymers such as NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM. REFORSIL 69 by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a coupling agent based on bis [3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl] tetrasulfide. It improves tensile strength, tearing strength, processability and abrasive resistance. It can reduce the viscosity and compression set of vulcanizates. It is suitable to improve physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates. It provides better reinforcement properties of fillers that contain hydroxyl groups in all unsaturated polymers having double bonds or their blends. REFORSIL 69 can be used in combination with silica, talc powder, mica powder and clay in polymers like NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM. REFORSIL 69MB by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a coupling agent based on bis-[3-(triethoxysilyl)-propyl]-tetrasulfide 50%, EPDM 50%. It provides good dispersion and can reduce compression set of vulcanization. It improves tear resistance, cut resistance, process and chipping properties of vulcanization, especially at elevated temperatures. REFORSIL 69MB is used to improve the reinforcing agent capability of fillers with silanol group on their surface. REFORSIL 69CB by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a coupling agent. It is a solid admixture of REFORSIL 69 and carbon black. It improves tensile strength, tearing strength, abrasive resistance and processability of rubber products. It reduces the viscosity and compression set and improves physical & mechanical properties of vulcanizates. REFORSIL 69CB is suitable for polymers like NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM.
