K-KAT® XK-617 by King Industries is an effective catalyst designed for 100% solids 2K urethanes. Suitable for the reaction of isocyanates and polyols with hydroxyl groups used in the production of cast elastomers. It is an organometallic complex specially formulated to be an alternative to mercury catalysts without the toxicity concerns. Provides gel times and cure properties similar to mercury catalysts. K-KAT® XK-617 has a shelf life of 12 months and is recommended at a dosage rate of 0.1 to 1.0 %. K-KAT® XK-672 by King Industries is an effective catalyst for the reaction of isocyanates and polyols for the production of urethanes. It does not contain 2-ethylhexyl carboxylate or free 2- ethylhexanoic acid. It is an organometallic complex specially formulated to be an alternative to mercury catalysts without the toxicity concerns. It can replace many heavy metal and/or toxic catalysts used in the production of urethane elastomers. Complies with FDA 21CFR 175.300. K-KAT® XK-672 is recommended at a dosage rate of 0.1 to 1.0 % and has a shelf life of 24 months. K-KAT® XK-604 by King Industries is an effective catalyst for the reaction of isocyanates and polyols with hydroxyl groups used in the production of cast elastomers. Designed for 100% solids 2K urethanes. Provides gel times and cure properties similar to mercury catalysts. It is an organometallic complex specially formulated to be an alternative to mercury catalysts without the toxicity concerns. K-KAT® XK-604 is recommended at a dosage rate of 0.1 to 0.5 % and has a shelf life of 12 months. K-KAT® 348 by King Industries is a versatile bismuth carboxylate catalyst for secondary hydroxyls. It can be used in ambient, force dry and bake systems and can replace many heavy metal and/ or toxic catalysts used in the production of
urethane elastomers. Exhibits excellent gloss retention and excellent exterior durability. It has a shelf life of 24 months. Dosage of 0.5-2.0 %wt K-KAT® 348 is recommended for blocked isocyanates. K-KAT® XK-651 by King Industries is a versatile bismuth carboxylate catalyst. Provides improved hydrolytic stability, excellent gloss retention and exterior durability. It can be used in ambient, force dry and bake systems. Recommended for 2-component polyurethanes at a dosage level of 0.1-0.5 % and blocked isocyanates at a dosage level of 1.0-2.5 %. It can replace many heavy metal and/ or toxic catalysts used in the production of urethane elastomers and foams. K-KAT® XK-651 has a shelf life of 24 months. K-KAT® XK-661 is a novel, 2-EHA-free, non-tin catalyst by King Industries. Recommended for 2-component solvent based and 2-component water-borne polyurethanes, as well as, for 1-component blocked isocyanate systems. It can be used in ambient cured or force dried WB or SB 2-component polyurethane systems. It is easy to use, add to the polyol component with excellent pot life and good cure time characteristics. Exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability, gloss retention and exterior durability. K-KAT® XK-661 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.25-1.0 % and has a shelf life of 24 months. K-KAT® XK-618 by King Industries is an effective catalyst for the reaction of isocyanates and polyols used in the production of 100% solids 2K urethane elastomers. Provides gel times and cure properties similar to mercury catalysts. It is an organometallic complex specially formulated to be an alternative to mercury catalysts without the toxicity concerns. It is recommended at a dosage rate of 0.1 to 1.0 %. K-KAT® XK-618 has a shelf life of 24 months. K-KAT® XK-675 is a non-yellowing non-tin catalyst by King Industries. It can be used in ambient cured 1-component silane polymers for elastomers. Recommended at a dosage rate of 1-3 %. K-KAT® XK-675 has a shelf life of 24 months. K-KAT® XK-678 by King Industries is a non-yellowing non-tin catalyst for the reaction of 1K and 2K oximinosilane polymers. Designed ambient temperature cure for a variety of organosilane-based elastomers. It has a shelf life of 18 months. K-KAT® XK-678 is recommended at a dosage rate of 1-3 %. K-KAT® 6212 by King Industries is an effective urethane catalyst. Exhibits excellent cure response, short tack free time and excellent exterior durability. Suitable for the reaction of isocyanate with hydroxyl groups. Shows high selectivity for -NCO/OH reaction over -NCO/water reaction. It has pot life adjustable with stabilizer. Recommended at a dosage level of 0.3-2.0 %. Shelf life of K-KAT® 6212 is 12 months.
