Dispergum PT by King Industries is a zinc salt of defined saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Acts as a processing aid used in various elastomers as a lubricant and to reduce compound viscosity. Improves the dispersion of fillers and enhances the flow properties. Suitable for extruded sections, microcellular rubber and for injection as well as transfer molding. Dispergum PT shows its best performance in SBR, BR, and NR compounds. Dispergum 36 by King Industries is a proprietary oxidation catalyst combined with organic and inorganic additives. Acts as a peptizer for natural rubber and synthetic polymers. Dispergum 36 is effective for a wide temperature range. Has a low softening point, therefore it incorporates and disperses with exceptional ease as well as rapidity. Dispergum 40 by King Industries is a proprietary oxidation catalyst combined with organic and inorganic additives. Acts as a zinc-free peptizer that is easily incorporated and dispersed in natural rubber as well as synthetic polymers. The duration of the mastication process is drastically reduced by the high efficient oxidation catalyst at low doses.
