K-KAT® XK-661 is a novel, 2-EHA-free, non-tin catalyst by King Industries. Recommended for 2-component solvent based and 2-component water-borne polyurethanes, as well as, for 1-component blocked isocyanate systems. It can be used in ambient cured or force dried WB or SB 2-component polyurethane systems. It is easy to use, add to the polyol component with excellent pot life and good cure time characteristics. Exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability, gloss retention and exterior durability. K-KAT® XK-661 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.25-1.0 % and has a shelf life of 24 months.
