Deolink TESPT

Deolink TESPT by King Industries is bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulfane, 50% active on an EVA wax polymer carrier. Acts as an activator for fillers and is based on sulfur-silane chemistry. It links to the rubber through the tetrasulfane group and to silica as well as other active white fillers through the ethoxy group leading to an improvement of the physical properties of the sulfur cured vulcanizate. Improves the tensile strength, modulus, compression set, and abrasion resistance for all commonly used elastomers. Deolink TESPT is mainly recommended for sulfur crosslinked compounds. The EVA wax carrier protects the silane from hydrolysis. Used in wide range of elastomers and applications such as cables, roller coverings, seals, conveyer/V-belts, shoe soles, hoses as well as tubes, molded articles.

Deolink VH

Deolink VH by King Industries is alkoxysilane, 50% active on a PE wax carrier. Acts as an activator for fillers and is based on alkoxysilane. It links chemically to the rubber, silica as well as other active white fillers containing hydroxyl groups, leading to an improvement of the physical properties and long term electrical properties of the peroxide cured vulcanizate. Improves the tensile strength, modulus, compression set, abrasion resistance and electrical properties for all commonly used elastomers. It is mainly recommended for peroxide crosslinked compounds. The wax carrier protects the silane from hydrolysis. Used in range of elastomers and applications such as cables, roller coverings, hoses as well as tubes, molded articles.
