K-KAT® XK-618 by King Industries is an effective catalyst for the reaction of isocyanates and polyols used in the production of 100% solids 2K urethane elastomers. Provides gel times and cure properties similar to mercury catalysts. It is an organometallic complex specially formulated to be an alternative to mercury catalysts without the toxicity concerns. It is recommended at a dosage rate of 0.1 to 1.0 %. K-KAT® XK-618 has a shelf life of 24 months.
