MULTIBASE™ MB50-321 Masterbatch by DuPont is designed to be used as an additive in polypropylene-compatible systems to impart processing improvements and modification of surface characteristics. It is a pelletized formulation containing 50% of an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in polypropylene (PP) homopolymer. It provides enhanced surface properties including enhanced lubricity and slip, lower coefficient of friction and improved mar resistance. MULTIBASE™ MB50-321 Masterbatch is FDA-approved. The recommended dosage level is 0.2-10% with a shelf life of 48 months. MULTIBASE™ MB50-314 Masterbatch by DuPont is used as an additive in HDPE-compatible systems to impart processing improvements and modification of surface characteristics. It acts as a release agent. MULTIBASE™ MB50-314 Masterbatch is a pelletized formulation containing 50% of an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in HDPE polymer. It offers reduced melt fracture, better mold filling, lower extruder torque, internal mold lubrication, mold release and reduced warpage of the molded part. It complies with the regulations of FDA. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-2% with shelf life of 48 months. MULTIBASE™ MB25-035 Masterbatch by DuPont is a processing agent. It is an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in low density polyethylene. It offers low dynamic CoF at low loadings, longer lasting slip performance than organics with thermal aging and non-migrating across film layers.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>This product reduces friction to enable higher throughput and productivity in (FFS) packaging and delivers long-lasting stability to maintain slip performance during delays between film extrusion and FFS operations.</li>
<li>It avoids quality issues by preventing migration of slip additives between film layers or into package contents, optimizes processing with smooth dosing and homogeneous dispersion.</li>

It enhances processing. It can cost effectively boost throughput by upto 110 percent and improves slip properties. It also avoids die build-up and die pressure that require frequent interruptions for cleaning. It reduces extruder screw torque by up to 30% and limits die pressure build-up and plate-out. It is suitable for use in LDPE, LLDPE & XLPE. Blended with virgin and or filled polymer pellets to give the desired siloxane level in the final product. Recommended dosage level is 2-4% with shelf life of 48 months. MULTIBASE™ MB25-502 Masterbatch is used for mineral-filled PE compounds used in wire and cable insulation and jacketing. MULTIBASE™ MB50-313 Masterbatch by DuPont imparts processing improvements and modification of surface characteristics. It is a pelletized formulation containing 50% of an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in LLDPE polymer. When added to resin-compatible systems at 0.2–2%, it offers reduced melt fracture, better mold filling, lower extruder torque, internal mold lubrication, mold release and reduced warpage of the molded part. At higher siloxane loading levels, 2–10%, it provides enhanced surface properties, including enhanced lubricity and slip, lower coefficient of friction and improved mar resistance. MULTIBASE™ MB50-313 Masterbatch is FDA-approved. Recommended use level is 0.2 - 10%. It has a shelf life of 48 months. MULTIBASE™ HMB-1103 Masterbatch by DuPont is tribology modifier for PA, POM-C & POM-H/plastics applications with ease of processability. It offers 50% COF improvement (against POM and steel), stable long-term COF reduction against several materials such as POM or steel and mechanical performance improvement. MULTIBASE™ HMB-1103 Masterbatch is efficient at low loading and provides visual and aesthetic contribution and abrasion & mar resistance improvement.<br>

MULTIBASE™ MB50-315 Masterbatch is a pelletized formulation containing 50% of an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in polycarbonate resin. It is designed to be used as an additive in PC-compatible systems to impart benefits such as processing improvements and modification of surface characteristics. It provides lubricity, slip, lower coefficient of friction, and greater mar and abrasion resistance. The recommended dosage level is 0.2-2% with shelf life of 48 months. MULTIBASE™ MB50-807 Masterbatch by DuPont is a processing aid and release agent. It is a silica-modified ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). It is compatible with PS, HIPS, ABS, PC-ABS and SAN. It increases throughput and productivity in the extruder and the mold, while reducing energy demand and helping improve dispersion of pigments and other additives. It creates higher-performing thermoplastic compounds and components by extending surface aesthetics and physical properties. It is an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane masterbatch. It provides improved throughput, reduces extruder torque/pressure, and improves mold release & organics and inorganics filler dispersion. MULTIBASE™ MB50-002 Masterbatch offers a lower coefficient of friction, durable scratch and mar resistance, improved wear resistance/ improved surface feel and reduced surface roughness of extrusion. It shows compatibility with PE and TPE. Recommended use level is 0.2-5%. It has a shelf life of 48 months.
