The recommended dosage level is 0.2-10% with a shelf life of 48 months.

MULTIBASE™ MB50-314 Masterbatch

MULTIBASE™ MB50-314 Masterbatch by DuPont is used as an additive in HDPE-compatible systems to impart processing improvements and modification of surface characteristics. It acts as a release agent. MULTIBASE™ MB50-314 Masterbatch is a pelletized formulation containing 50% of an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in HDPE polymer. It offers reduced melt fracture, better mold filling, lower extruder torque, internal mold lubrication, mold release and reduced warpage of the molded part. It complies with the regulations of FDA. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-2% with shelf life of 48 months.
