MULTIBASE™ MB50-002 Masterbatch by DuPont is a release agent, processing aid and surface enhancer. It is an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane masterbatch. It provides improved throughput, reduces extruder torque/pressure, and improves mold release & organics and inorganics filler dispersion. MULTIBASE™ MB50-002 Masterbatch offers a lower coefficient of friction, durable scratch and mar resistance, improved wear resistance/ improved surface feel and reduced surface roughness of extrusion. It shows compatibility with PE and TPE. Recommended use level is 0.2-5%. It has a shelf life of 48 months.
