DoverClear™ 840

DoverClear™ 840 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is a PFAS- and siloxane-free processing aid for polyethylene sheet and film. It is a standard, general-purpose grade offered in masterbatch form in LLDPE carrier. It is designed to be a workhorse for most film resins. It helps to prevent melt fracture in many different resins of melt index more than 1. <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is mainly composed of LGP-12®, a polymeric phosphite AO which provides superior thermal stability and prevents the formation of gels in recycled material.</li> <li>DoverClear™ 840 is a greener, safer and more economically viable replacement for fluoropolymers, without sacrificing throughput due to over-lubrication.</li> <li>It is FDA approved for LLDPE only.</li> <li>Typical let down ratio ranges from 0.5-2.0%, depending on the application and equipment configuration.</li></ul>

DoverClear™ 800 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is a PFAS- & siloxane-free polymer processing aid and a workhorse recycling grade antioxidant for use in both LLDPE and LDPE. It is a masterbatch form of LGP-12®, a polymeric liquid phosphite AO that provides superior thermal stability and reduces gels for upcycling of the resin stream. It possesses added lubrication properties and up to 8% loading in LLDPE. <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It helps to prevent melt fracture in many different resins of various melt indexes, including low-fractional melt resins.</li> <li>It preserves the melt flow index (MFI) through PCR/PIR pelletizing process.</li> <li>It offers superior performance to existing virgin resin by retaining its integrity.</li> <li>It is a greener, safer and more economically viable replacement for fluoropolymers, without sacrificing throughput due to over-lubrication.</li> <li>DoverClear™ 800 is FDA approved for LLDPE only.</li> <li>Typical let down ratios range from 0.5-4.0%, depending on the application and equipment configuration.</li></ul>
