DoverClear™ 841

DoverClear™ 841 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is a PFAS- and siloxane-free processing aid for polyethylene sheet and film. It is a high-performance grade offered in masterbatch form in LLDPE carrier. It is designed especially for specialized architectures. It is a greener, safer and more economically viable replacement for fluoropolymers, without sacrificing throughput due to over-lubrication.

• It is mainly composed of LGP-12®, a polymeric phosphite AO which provides superior thermal stability and prevents the formation of gels in recycled material.
• DoverClear™ 841 helps to prevent melt fracture in many different resins of melt index less than 1.
• Typical let down ratio ranges from 0.5-2.0%, depending on the application and equipment configuration.
• It is FDA approved for LLDPE only.
