DoverClear™ 800

DoverClear™ 800 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is a PFAS- & siloxane-free polymer processing aid and a workhorse recycling grade antioxidant for use in both LLDPE and LDPE. It is a masterbatch form of LGP-12®, a polymeric liquid phosphite AO that provides superior thermal stability and reduces gels for upcycling of the resin stream. It possesses added lubrication properties and up to 8% loading in LLDPE.

• It helps to prevent melt fracture in many different resins of various melt indexes, including low-fractional melt resins.
• It preserves the melt flow index (MFI) through PCR/PIR pelletizing process.
• It offers superior performance to existing virgin resin by retaining its integrity.
• It is a greener, safer and more economically viable replacement for fluoropolymers, without sacrificing throughput due to over-lubrication.
• DoverClear™ 800 is FDA approved for LLDPE only.
• Typical let down ratios range from 0.5-4.0%, depending on the application and equipment configuration.
