Doverphos® 74 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is an effective stabilizer and mold release agent for cast acrylic. Provides low molecular weight and high phosphorus content. Doverphos® 74 can be used in acrylics, unsaturated polyesters, and nylons to improve heat stability, and in lubricants as a sulfur deactivator. Recommended usage ranges from 0.1 to 0.5%. Doverphos® 480 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is a solid phosphite with excellent hydrolytic stability. It is used as a processing stabilizer in polymers to help control color and melt flow. It is also used in the stabilization of polyolefins when used in conjunction with a phenolic antioxidant. Doverphos® 480 is suitable for stabilizing polyesters, polycarbonates, polyamides, polystyrenes, and elastomers. Recommended usage ranges from 0.10 to 0.80%. Complies with US FDA 21 CFR 178.2010 for food packaging applications. Doverphos® 213 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is a liquid diaryl phosphite with a low molecular weight and a high phosphorus content. It can be effective in improving the color of unsaturated polyesters. It acts as a secondary stabilizer in PVC to improve early color stability & minimize plate out during processing. Recommended usage of Doverphos® 213 ranges from 0.1 to 1.0%. Doverphos® LGP-12 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is a unique, innovative, proprietary liquid polymeric phosphite stabilizer. It is derived from bio-sourced raw materials and acts as an alkylphenol-free antioxidant. It is compatible with thermoplastic resins, effectively reducing additive migration. It scavenges free radicals generated during the thermal degradation of polymers, preventing gel formation and other degradation byproducts. The best time to introduce LGP-12 is during PCR re-granulation, as otherwise the material undergoes heat cycles without stabilization, resulting in more pronounced gels. It can be used in LLDPE, HDPE, PP and other polymers to protect against the effects of oxidative and thermal degradation to maintain MFI, smooth processing and low color. Doverphos® LGP-12 is effective as a replacement for TNPP, post-consumer resin (PCR) and post-industrial resin (PIT). It finds application in formulating films. It can be used at lower loading levels due to its superior performance, low volatility and high phosphorus content. Doverphos® S-9228 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is bis (2,4-dicumylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite. Acts as an antioxidant. Provides excellent hydrolytic stability without the addition of inert products or triisopropanol amine. It exhibits similar color performance as DDPD and other similar pentaerythritol diphosphites. Because of its high melting point Doverphos® S-9228 can be utilized in applications that require processing at elevated temperatures. Doverphos® 269 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is a liquid dialkyl phosphite with
a low molecular weight and high phosphorus content. It is used where stabilizer or lubricating properties of a dialkyl hydrogen phosphite are desired in a clear, low color and odor liquid. Recommended usage of Doverphos® 269 ranges from 0.1 to 3.00 %. Doverphos® 613 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is alkyl (C12-C15) bisphenol A phosphite. It improves the color, light stability and clarity of PVC and vinyl copolymers when used in conjunction with primary metal and epoxy stabilizers. It helps maintain good color and reactivity of the isocyanate. Doverphos® 613 is used as a stabilizer for isocyanates either MDI or TDI or aliphatic isocyanates. Recommended usage level ranges from 0.1 to 3.0%. Doverphos® 8 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is an effective liquid phosphite heat stabilizer for polyurethanes, ABS, and polycarbonates. It can be used in rigid and plasticized PVC applications to give brighter, and more consistent colors. Recommended usage of Doverphos® 8 ranges from 0.1 to 3.00% and for PVC range from 0.25 to 1.00%. Doverphos® S-9228T by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is bis (2,4-dicumylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite with 1% triisopropanol amine. It is free-flowing solid phosphite antioxidant. It offers hydrolytic stability and outstanding performance in stabilizing polymers against melt flow degradation & color change. Doverphos® S-9228T in polymer systems has improved permanence where other phosphites may lose activity even when encapsulated in the polymer or in one-pack blends. It does not hydrolyze and cause black specks as do other phosphites. Doverphos® 479 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is an alkyl C13 substituted biphenolic diphosphate. It improves the color, light stability and clarity of PVC and vinyl copolymers when used in conjunction with primary metal stabilizers and epoxy stabilizers. Recommended usage of Doverphos® 479 ranges from 0.1 to 3.0%.
