DoverClear™ 400

DoverClear™ 400 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is a PFAS- and siloxane-free polymer processing aid for processing of polyethylene sheet and film. It is mainly composed of LGP-12®, a polymeric phosphite AO which provides superior thermal stability and prevents the formation of gels in recycled material. It is a greener, safer and more economically viable replacement for fluoropolymers, without sacrificing throughput due to over-lubrication.

• It helps to prevent melt fracture in many different resins of various melt indexes, including low-fractional melt resins.
• It preserves the melt flow index (MFI) through pelletizing process.
• DoverClear™ 400 is designed for cast film applications when incorporating post-industrial resins/post-consumer resins (PCR/PIR).
• It is FDA approved for LLDPE only.
