SILIKE® NM-6 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a cost-effective, silicone grade with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) as a base resin. Acts as a glossing agent, anti-wear agent and a processing aid. Shows no change in color and hardness. Provides outstanding abrasion resistance, flowability and environmental protection. SILIKE® NM-6 is designed for processing by injection molding, extrusion and pelletizing. Recommended for use in TPU shoe outsoles. Recommended dosage level is 0.3 - 2%. SILIKE® LYSI-401 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in LDPE resin. It improves processing properties, surface quality, liquidity, demolding and dispersion. It has no affect on the surface printing or painting. It exhibits reduced melt viscosity, no blooming and improved flow characteristics. It offers low coefficient of friction, good hand feel, improved surface finish, scratch and abrasion resistance. Provides low extruder torque, die pressure and increase throughout. Designed for processing by molding. Designed for processing by molding and pelleting. SILIKE® LYSI-401 is used in high-speed packaging film/bottle, HDPE pipe , wire & cable compounds, automobile interior trims/ bumper compounds and TPE compounds applications. Recommended dosage level is 1 - 5%. SILIKE SF-105A by Chengdu Silike Technology is a unique super-slip and anti-blocking agent. It is a masterbatch with PP as a carrier. It is used for BOPP-, CPP- and oriented flat film applications & others. It possesses a special structure with good compatibility with the matrix resin.<br>

It is also a masterbatch that uses specially modified silicone polymer as the active ingredient and EVA as its resin base. It is suitable for blowing and casting films.<br>

<li>The shelf life of SILIKE SF-240 is 12 months.</li></ul> SILIKE® LYSI-100A by Chengdu Silike Technology is 55% dimethylsiloxane and 45% silica-based thermoplastic additive. Acts as a slip agent. Offers significantly improved flowability of resin, good dispersion and processing properties upon addition by a small amount. SILIKE® LYSI-100A lowers the coefficient of friction, extruder torque and smoke density. It improves surface smoothness, fuel resistance, impact strength, abrasion resistance and surface gloss of fuel resistant (high filling) materials. Recommended for modification of plastics, cable compounds, elastomers, thin-walled complicated parts, silicone core pipe and plastic pipe etc. Compatible with PVC, PA, PC, PPS and high-temperature engineering plastics. The dosage rate lies between 0.5-2%. SILIKE® LYSI-415 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a silicone masterbatch. It is designed for processing by extrusion and molding. Used in PVC cable compounds.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Provides flow, no screw slippage, surface quality, improved processing, and better mold release.</li>
<li>Exhibits less extruder torque, smoke density, mold filling, and low defective rate. Possesses lower coefficient of friction (COF), gloss, better silk feeling, enhanced scratch, abrasion, and flame resistance.</li>
<li>Offers impact strength, good stability, non-migratory precipitation, smoothness, and less effect on mechanical properties.</li>
<li>Shows compatibility with PC, ABS, and PC/ ABS.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level of SILIKE® LYSI-415 is 0.5 - 10%.</li></ul> SILIKE® LYSI-100 by Chengdu Silike Technology is 70% dimethylsiloxane and 30% silica-based thermoplastic additive. Acts as a slip agent. Offers significantly improved flowability of resin, good dispersion and processing properties upon addition by a small amount. It lowers the coefficient of friction, extruder torque, smoke density; improves surface smoothness, fuel resistance, impact strength, abrasion resistance and surface gloss of fuel resistant (high filling) materials. Recommended for modification of plastics, cable compounds, elastomers, thin-walled complicated parts, silicone core pipe and plastic pipe etc. Compatible with PVC, PA, PC, PPS and high-temperature engineering plastics. SILIKE® LYSI-100 dosage rate lies between 0.2-2%.
