SILIKE SF-105A by Chengdu Silike Technology is a unique super-slip and anti-blocking agent. It is a masterbatch with PP as a carrier. It is used for BOPP-, CPP- and oriented flat film applications & others. It possesses a special structure with good compatibility with the matrix resin.
- Its additives are polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and silicon dioxide.
- It exhibits low haze and offers a lower coefficient of friction.
- It boosts surface quality including improved smoothness and no precipitation, stickiness & effect on the transparency.
- It enhances processing properties in PE & PP, including lubrication, better flow ability & faster throughout.
- It is suitable for metallization and the production of high-speed single-pack cigarette film that requires good hot slip.
- It can be processed by BOPP, cast- & blown film extrusion.
- The recommended dosage level is 2-7%
- The shelf life of SILIKE SF-105A is 24 months.
