SILIKE® LYSI-415 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a silicone masterbatch. It is designed for processing by extrusion and molding. Used in PVC cable compounds.
- Provides flow, no screw slippage, surface quality, improved processing, and better mold release.
- Exhibits less extruder torque, smoke density, mold filling, and low defective rate. Possesses lower coefficient of friction (COF), gloss, better silk feeling, enhanced scratch, abrasion, and flame resistance.
- Offers impact strength, good stability, non-migratory precipitation, smoothness, and less effect on mechanical properties.
- Shows compatibility with PC, ABS, and PC/ ABS.
- The recommended dosage level of SILIKE® LYSI-415 is 0.5 - 10%.
