SILIKE® NM-6

SILIKE® NM-6 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a cost-effective, silicone grade with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) as a base resin. Acts as a glossing agent, anti-wear agent and a processing aid. Shows no change in color and hardness. Provides outstanding abrasion resistance, flowability and environmental protection. SILIKE® NM-6 is designed for processing by injection molding, extrusion and pelletizing. Recommended for use in TPU shoe outsoles. Recommended dosage level is 0.3 - 2%.

SILIKE® LYSI-401

SILIKE® LYSI-401 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in LDPE resin. It improves processing properties, surface quality, liquidity, demolding and dispersion. It has no affect on the surface printing or painting. It exhibits reduced melt viscosity, no blooming and improved flow characteristics. It offers low coefficient of friction, good hand feel, improved surface finish, scratch and abrasion resistance. Provides low extruder torque, die pressure and increase throughout. Designed for processing by molding. Designed for processing by molding and pelleting. SILIKE® LYSI-401 is used in high-speed packaging film/bottle, HDPE pipe , wire & cable compounds, automobile interior trims/ bumper compounds and TPE compounds applications. Recommended dosage level is 1 - 5%.

SILIMER 6200

SILIMER 6200 by Chengdu Silike Technology acts as a processing aid. It is compatible with PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, PVC, TPE & PET. As compared to traditional external additives like amide, wax, ester, etc, it shows more efficiency without any migration problem.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is specially developed for HFFR cable compounds, TPE, the preparation of color concentrates & technical compounds.</li> <li>It offers excellent thermal & color stability and improves processing & filler dispersion.</li> <li>It enhances the dispersion property by better infiltration in fillers, increases productivity & reduces the cost of coloration.</li> <li>It is used for masterbatches based on polyolefins (especially PP), engineering compounds, plastic, filled- compounds & modified plastics.</li> <li>It boosts coloring strength & production efficiency and shows better dilution & rheological features such as flow ability and reduces die pressure & extruder torque.</li> <li>It lowers the possibility of filler and pigment reunion.</li> <li>It is used in internal & external lubricants, composite & maintains the mechanical properties of the substrate.</li> <li>It reduces the energy consumption, the amount of compatibilizer & product defects.</li> <li>It keeps long-term smoothness and results in no precipitation after the boiling test.</li> <li>The recommended usage level is 1-2.5%</li> <li>It can be used in classical melt blending processes like single/twin screw extruders, injection molding & side feed.</li> <li>The shelf life of SILIMER 6200 is 24 months.</li></ul>
