SILIKE® LYSI-100

SILIKE® LYSI-100 by Chengdu Silike Technology is 70% dimethylsiloxane and 30% silica-based thermoplastic additive. Acts as a slip agent. Offers significantly improved flowability of resin, good dispersion and processing properties upon addition by a small amount. It lowers the coefficient of friction, extruder torque, smoke density; improves surface smoothness, fuel resistance, impact strength, abrasion resistance and surface gloss of fuel resistant (high filling) materials. Recommended for modification of plastics, cable compounds, elastomers, thin-walled complicated parts, silicone core pipe and plastic pipe etc. Compatible with PVC, PA, PC, PPS and high-temperature engineering plastics. SILIKE® LYSI-100 dosage rate lies between 0.2-2%.
