SILIKE® LYSI-100A

SILIKE® LYSI-100A by Chengdu Silike Technology is 55% dimethylsiloxane and 45% silica-based thermoplastic additive. Acts as a slip agent. Offers significantly improved flowability of resin, good dispersion and processing properties upon addition by a small amount. SILIKE® LYSI-100A lowers the coefficient of friction, extruder torque and smoke density. It improves surface smoothness, fuel resistance, impact strength, abrasion resistance and surface gloss of fuel resistant (high filling) materials. Recommended for modification of plastics, cable compounds, elastomers, thin-walled complicated parts, silicone core pipe and plastic pipe etc. Compatible with PVC, PA, PC, PPS and high-temperature engineering plastics. The dosage rate lies between 0.5-2%.
