SILIKE SF-240 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a unique super-slip and anti-blocking agent. It is a masterbatch with PP as its carrier. It is used for BOPP-, CPP- and oriented flat film applications and others. It possesses a special structure with good compatibility with the matrix resin.
- Its slip & anti-block additives are modified UHWM polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and PMMA respectively.
- It exhibits low haze and boosts surface quality including no precipitation, stickiness & effect on the transparency.
- It enhances smoothness & lubrication and offers a lower coefficient of friction.
- It also shows better processing properties in PE & PP.
- It is suitable for metallization and the production of high-speed single-pack cigarette film that requires good hot slip.
- It can be processed by BOPP, cast- & blown film extrusion.
- The recommended dosage level is 2-7%
- The shelf life of SILIKE SF-240 is 12 months.
