Atmer™ 1013 by Cargill is a short term internal, quick acting and migratory anti-static additive for use in polyolefins (PE, PP) & flexible PVC. It can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li> It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it interacts with atmospheric moisture, reducing surface resistivity and allowing dissipation of static charge. </li>
<li> It reduces dust contamination & handling problems and improves demolding. </li>
<li> Atmer™ 1013 is used in caps & closures and film applications. </li>
<li> The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.6% in injection molding. </li>

It offers low odor, low volatility & low viscosity, excellent stability as well as good solubility in mineral oil & hydrocarbon solvents. It remains pumpable down to -5°C. It eliminates fouling of the reactor, ensuring consistent production and minimizing shutdowns due to blockages. It has a shelf life of 730 days. Atmer™ 1440 by Cargill is 100% bio-based anti-fogging agent. It is suitable for polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE) food packaging (wrap film) applications. It offers improved transparency of the packaging, durability of contents and presentation of the food contents.
