Atmer™ 7105

Supplied byCargill- Last Updated on Aug 24, 2023

Atmer™ 7105 by Cargill acts as an antistatic agent. It is 50% concentrate of combination of additives in polyethylene. It allows for better dispersion and overcomes complications encountered when using additives in their normal physical forms. It contains an ethoxylated amine that is used in films thicker than 30µm.
  • It allows the additives to migrate to the surface of the polymer where they interact with atmospheric moisture, reducing surface resistivity and allowing dissipation of static charge.
  • It offers effective dosing & better distribution of additives in base polymer, reduced fuming and smoking in processing.
  • Recommended dosage level is 0.2-1% in injection molding and sheet extrusion.
  • Atmer™ 7105 is listed with EINECS, DSL, IECSC, ENCS, TSCA, AICS and PICCS inventories
  • It has a shelf life of 730 days.
